By placing an order with Sonny Finds, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making your purchase.


All Sales Are Final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order.


Condition of Items

  • We are not responsible for any chips, scuffs, or minor manufacturing flaws that may be present in products, especially in items that are vintage, secondhand, or handmade. Each item is sold as-is. If you have any questions or concerns about product condition, feel free to DM us before purchasing.


Shipping & Liability

  • Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, its handling and delivery are completely out of our control.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

  • That said, we are a small business that cares deeply about our customers, and we’ll do our best to assist you with any shipping issues. Please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the problem.

Incorrect Information

  • Please double-check your information at checkout! If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us immediately. We have a very short window to make changes once an order is placed. We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address.

Payment Policy

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment is required at checkout.

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. 

  • This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

  • Once an order is marked as shipped and dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for covering the cost.


Pre-Orders & Restocks

  • We do not currently offer pre-orders.

  • We will do our best to restock sold-out items within one to two weeks. Restocks are not guaranteed. Follow us on Instagram for updates on restocks and drops.

Order Cancellations

  • No cancellations or changes can be made once your order is placed.

  • If there’s an issue or mistake, contact us immediately, and we’ll try our best to help.

Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data.

  • Our website uses secure encryption for safe checkout.
